We are all about social mobility, sustainability, gender equality and education.
I was born in Shildon, County Durham to a working class family with a legacy in trains.
I was the first person in my family to get a degree and then a masters degree and worked for many years in what I call a 'paper career'. It looked fantastic on paper but I wasn't in 3D. I was met with many challenges and unconscious bias of both men and women which severely impacted my mental health twice.
I discovered that no-one wanted to hear my voice, know who I was and I couldn't bring my whole self to work. This made me miserable. I am now dedicated to sharing my knowledge, experience and my voice widely to help other people gain equality and feel like the belong.
When I left corporate life, I discovered all the hidden talents I was not encouraged to use and the creativity and desire to help flows fast. I am on a mission to help women find their whole selves and bring that to their lives.
